Information we receive
When you submit a request, you may provide your name, phone number or another contact, origin and destination countries, vehicle make, model and year, preferred shipping method and route comments. The request also records its source, consent time and IP address for form-abuse protection.
Anonymous analytics
The site records page views, clicks on key buttons, form starts and successful submissions. Events do not include your name, phone number or vehicle details. A random session identifier, the first page in that session, the referring host and optional UTM campaign labels help us understand the quote journey. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use the information
We use the information to check the route, select a shipping method, prepare an indicative timing and cost estimate and contact you about the request. It also helps us understand which site sections generate requests and keep the form working.
