The right shipping method for your car
Container shipping
For high-value vehicles, batches or cars needing a specific loading plan. We check dimensions, securing and safe loading for non-running vehicles.
RoRo shipping
For vehicles that meet the line’s running, steering and braking requirements. Acceptance and service availability depend on the ports and route.
Air freight
For time-sensitive or particularly valuable vehicles. Aircraft capacity, handling equipment and vehicle acceptance must be confirmed before booking.

Costs to confirm separately
Duties, taxes, storage, inspections and cargo insurance must be itemised or explicitly excluded. Insurance is arranged on request.
Transit time is only part of the total
The full delivery window includes collection, document preparation, waiting for departure, transport, clearance and final delivery. Your quotation separates the transit time from the stages before and after it, and identifies any dates awaiting carrier confirmation.
Import and export need different preparation
For delivery into the UAE
Start with the purchase invoice or proof of ownership, VIN, vehicle details and consignee information. Dubai Customs lists the invoice, packing list, bill of lading and passport or Emirates ID for vehicles imported through a shipping company. The full list depends on the importer and procedure.
For shipment out of the UAE
Check the ownership and registration documents, seller’s release and any required export or re-export documents. We coordinate the document handover with the seller or agent; requirements differ by emirate, vehicle status and destination.
Customs release does not itself register a car for road use. For local use, check registration eligibility before shipping; Dubai Customs identifies the Vehicle Clearance Certificate (VCC) as a registration requirement. Other requirements depend on the emirate and vehicle.

Company details and documentsQuestions about UAE car shipping
Can you ship a car to Dubai from the USA, Europe or South Korea?
Yes, we plan inbound UAE shipments from these markets. Send the collection point, vehicle details and intended use in the UAE. We confirm the route, carrier acceptance and document requirements before booking.
Can I ship from the UAE as well as into it?
Yes. We arrange both directions. For export, we need the UAE collection point, vehicle status and destination country; for import, we also check the consignee and intended import procedure.
How much does car shipping to or from Dubai cost?
The quote depends on the collection and delivery points, vehicle dimensions and condition, transport method and included services. Send the route and car details for an itemised estimate. Duties, taxes and insurance are not automatically included.
Can you deliver to an address in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah?
We can include address delivery after checking the arrival formalities and local transport arrangements. Port arrival, customs release and final delivery are separate stages; your quotation states which are included.
Can you ship an accident-damaged car or an electric vehicle?
We review each vehicle individually. Send photos, its running condition and any battery damage information. Safe loading, carrier acceptance and import or registration eligibility must be checked; not every vehicle can be accepted.
Do you handle dealer batches and re-export shipments?
We plan routes for vehicle batches and commercial shipments. Please provide the vehicle list, quantity, ownership documents, consignee and whether the vehicles are for local use or onward export. The customs procedure is agreed separately.
Do you buy cars or arrange UAE registration?
We do not source cars, bid at auctions or take payment for their purchase. The service is transport and agreed coordination. Road registration is separate and must not be assumed to be included.
Are cargo insurance and live tracking included?
Cargo insurance is arranged on request after checking coverage and exclusions. We agree how shipment updates will be provided. Live tracking depends on the carriers and route.
