Japan → UAE
Toyota Prado and Lamborghini Aventador: Japan to Jebel Ali
In spring 2026, we collected a Lamborghini Aventador from an auction yard in Yokohama and a Toyota Prado from an exporter’s yard in Nagoya. We brought them to one terminal and shipped them from Tokyo to Jebel Ali in a single container. After arrival, we arranged container collection, unloading, customs declaration submission and handover to the clients.

Project brief

- Yokohama and Nagoya → Tokyo → Jebel Ali
- Format
- Two vehicles consolidated in one container

Operational proof
How we handled the client brief
- Objective
- Collect two vehicles from different locations in Japan, consolidate them for shipment to the UAE and coordinate the process through client handover.
- Key considerations
- The Lamborghini Aventador’s very low ground clearance required particularly careful loading. Both vehicles travelled in a standard 40-foot container with no other cargo.
- Outcome
- The vehicles were handed over to the clients after container collection from the port, terminal delivery, unloading and customs declaration submission. Loading the Aventador caused no damage or complications. The sea leg from vessel departure in Tokyo to Jebel Ali took 20 days, not including collection or post-arrival operations.
Route in detail
How the project was handled
Collection in Yokohama and Nagoya
We collected the Lamborghini Aventador from an auction yard in Yokohama and the Toyota Prado from an exporter’s yard in Nagoya, then brought both vehicles to one terminal.
Consolidation and low-clearance loading
We prepared a joint shipment in a standard 40-foot container. The low Aventador required particularly careful loading, completed without damage. The container held only the Lamborghini and Toyota.
Tokyo → Jebel Ali
The container sailed from Tokyo to Jebel Ali. Actual time from vessel departure to arrival was 20 days. Vehicle collection and post-arrival operations are not included in that figure.
Terminal, declaration and handover
In the UAE, we collected the container from the port, delivered it to a terminal and unloaded the vehicles. Our scope included customs declaration submission, followed by handover to the clients.
